Anime followers can bid on Topps’ TV anime version of a full manufacturing sheet that includes 78 of the unique 151 ($10,000) or a five-pack of unopened playing cards ($2,500) from KidsWB’s Poke Card Creator Contest in 2000. And as one other blast from the previous, there’s the Australian model of Time Journal’s 1998 cowl story on the Pokémon ($500), which Goldin lists because the “inaugural cowl characteristic” for the entire property.
